STOP CHUMMING FOR RATS!

Take a moment and think about this…when you go fishing - what do you do?

You put chum in the water around your boat, bait on your fish hooks, bait on your crab lines and pots so you attract and draw the fish to come to you and your boat, so…

Why would you put a rodent attractant in a box and stick the box against your building, sometimes only a few feet from your doors entering your building? Putting dozens of boxes filled with BAIT around your building is going to attract rodents to your structure. Stop chumming for rats!

Most times the bait in the boxes will be enough for rodents to smell it and get close, but most times they are cautious and will not enter the box. Even if you’re lucky that a rat goes into the box and eats the baited poison, it won’t die for days and guess where it could go? IN YOUR BUILDING! Also, bait boxes make great hiding places for snakes like copperheads and rattle snakes, and they make perfect condominiums for fire ants.
